Refund policy

At Avani, we follow a strict return policy due to the personal nature of skincare products.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if the product is delivered in a damaged, leaking, or defective condition.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any return or refund request, a clear unedited unboxing video is required.
The video must show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The full unboxing process

  • Clear evidence of the damage

Without proper video proof, no return or refund request will be accepted.

Return Request Window

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Change of mind

  • Skin reactions or personal sensitivity

  • Incorrect usage of products

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
